两种方法对提高患儿皮内注射成功率的比较

目的比较两种操作方法对提高患儿皮内注射成功率的影响。方法选择2010年2月～2011年5月本科室住院患儿300例,按照入院单双日随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各150例。对照组采用传统方法对患儿实施皮内注射,实验组采用改进穿刺部位皮肤绷紧程度、固定方法及进针角度进行皮内注射,比较两组患者皮内注射的成功率。结果实验组皮内注射成功率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论改良皮内注射操作方法可提高患儿皮内注射成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of two intradermal injections in children

Objective To compare the success rates of two intradermal injections in children.Methods 300 pediatric patients in our department from Feb 2010 to May 2011 were chosen and equally randomized into experiment and control group by odd and even numbers of date.The traditional intradermal injection was adopted in control group,and the intradermal injection by improving tautness of local skin,fixation method and puncturing angle in the experiment group.The intradermal injection effects of two groups were compared.Result The success rate of intradermal injection in the experiment group was significant higher than that of the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion The modified intradermal injection may improve the success rate of intradermal injection and so it is worth spreading clinically.
