中药离子导入治疗七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的效果观察

目的探讨中药离子导入治疗七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的效果。方法将静脉滴注七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的患者80例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各40例,实验组应用中药离子导入治疗,对照组应用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异具有统计学义（P 〈 0.05）,实验组优于对照组。结论中药离子导入治疗七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎效果优于应用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of TCM ionotherapy on phlebitis induced by sodium aescinate Ren Ping, Jiang Hongling

Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） ionotherapy on phlebitis induced by sodium aescinate. Methods 80 patients with sodium aescinate induced phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups in even number： observation and control group. The patients in the observation group received TCM ionotherapy for phlebitis treatment while the patients in the control group received hydropathic compress with a 50% mangnesium sulphate for the treatment of phlebitis. The curative effects were compared between the groups. Result The curative effects of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM ionotherapy may be effective for the treatment of phlebitis induced by sodium aescinate.
