| 摘 要： | 目的 观察输注脐血对恶性肿瘤化疗患者外周血象及免疫功能的影响.方法 将研究对象150例,按住院治疗的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各75例.观察组在采用化疗的基础上给予新鲜脐血输注,而对照组则只采用化疗,观察两组外周血象及免疫功能各项指标的变化.结果 观察组输注脐血后外周血象白细胞和血小板水平明显提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).免疫功能各项指标CD+3、CD+4、CD+8和NK细胞活性明显提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 恶性肿瘤患者在化疗的同时辅助输入脐血,可提高外周血象白细胞和血小板水平,提高患者免疫功能.
