| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白与血脂的相关性,探讨血脂异常与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法选取48例2型糖尿病患者,根据尿mAlb/Cr结果分为无微量白蛋白尿组(DM组)及伴有微量白蛋白尿组(DN组)。检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等,观察各项指标与尿mAlb/Cr的关系。对照组20例。结果对照组TG、TC、LDL与DN组比较,均明显降低(P<0.05),DM组TG、TC、LDL明显低于DN组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血脂异常是糖尿病肾病的重要危险因素之一。
