| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨分析高处坠落伤伤情特点和急诊外科临床治疗措施.方法 对2004年5月至2010年12月收治的52例坠落伤患者伤情特点及急诊救治措施进行回顾性总结分析.全部病例运用创伤改良评分法(RISS)进行评价.着重观察分析损伤类型、伤情程度、救治效果及转归情况.结果 损伤类型单一伤10例(19.2%),多发伤42例(80.8%);损伤类型主要有:四肢骨折、脊柱骨折、内脏损伤、颅脑损伤、骨盆骨折、肋骨骨折等.多发伤中,儿童多见颅脑损伤合并实质性内脏破裂,成人多见四肢骨折合并脊柱骨折.RISS评分:ISS<16 8例,ISS≥16 44例.治愈32例,致残16例,死亡4例.堕落高度<3 m者伤情较轻,预后好;堕落高度>9 m者,伤情危重,死亡率达7.69%.结论 不同条件下坠落,其损伤情况、致伤规律、伤情特点明显不同.坠落伤患者应当以急诊救治为主,实行多学科协作的一体化救治模式,及时、正确的抢救则可以降低死亡率,并减少并发症的发生.
