氯胺酮复合不同比例异丙酚静脉麻醉在输卵管绝育手术中的应用

目的研究氯胺酮复合不同比例异丙酚静脉麻醉在输卵管绝育手术效果。方法选择96例输卵管绝育手术患者,随机分为3组,分别采用氯胺酮0.5mg/kg复合异丙酚0.25mg/kg、0.5mg/kg、1mg/kg进行静脉复合麻醉,记录患者的年龄、体重、术中生命体征、手术时间、麻醉恢复时间、术中体动反应及术中术后其他副作用。结果①术中体动反应1组42,2组12,3组21,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②术中3组心率皆有所降低,1组差异有统计学意义。患者麻醉后血压与麻醉前相比显著降低,第2组血压降低幅度最小;③3组皆无患者发生呼吸、循环严重并发症。结论 0.5mg/kg氯胺酮复和0.5mg/kg异丙酚对输卵管绝育手术血流动力学的影响最小。
