| 摘 要： | 目的探讨振源胶囊对无症状心衰(心力衰竭)患者6min步行距离、左室射血分数、左室内径、发展为显性心衰者等指标的影响。方法 52例患者分为两组,对照组为使用洛汀新(贝拉普利)治疗,治疗组加用振源胶囊治疗。结果两组干预措施均可不同程度改善6min步行距离、左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径,且治疗组改善左室射血分数较对照组差异有统计学意义。左室舒张末期内径及发展为显性心衰者两组差异无统计学意义。结论振源胶囊具有改善无症状心衰患者心功能(6min步行距离、左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径)的作用,对左室舒张末期内径无影响。
