米非司酮治疗输卵管异位妊娠62例分析

目的探讨米非司酮治疗输卵管异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选择中山市博爱医院2009年1月到12月妇科收治的生命体征稳定,无明显内出血的输卵管异位妊娠患者62例,所有患者均口服米非司酮50mg,2次/d,5d为1疗程,用药1疗程后取静脉血查β-HCG和阴道B超,比较应用米非司酮治疗后有效组与无效组与B超显示的盆腔包块大小以及血β-HCG情况之间的关系,并观察其副反应。结果有效组B超显示盆腔包块消失或变小者43例,占95.6,无效组B超显示盆腔包块无变化甚至增大者为17例,占100,B超显示盆腔包块<3cm为51例,有效41例,占80.3,>3cm为11例,有效2例,占18.2,根据治疗前B超显示盆腔包块<3cm者效果优于>3cm者,有效组血β-HCG均下降,无效组血β-HCG升高者为15例,占88.2,血β-HCG<500mIU/ml治疗效果优于>500mIU/ml者,共6例发生副反应,发生率为9.7。结论米非司酮的治疗效果更为显著,经济方便,而且副反应轻微,是一种治疗异位妊娠的理想药物。

Analysis of Mifepristone with tubal ectopic pregnancy in 62 cases

Objective To investigate the treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy mifepristone clinical efficacy.Methods A hospital in January 2009 to January 2010 women admitted to Obstetrics and Gynecology 62 patients with ectopic pregnancy,all patients were mifepristone 50 mg,Bid,5 days a course of treatment,medication taken after a course of intravenous serum β-HCG and pelvic Charles B-,more effective set of Mifepristone and ineffective treatment group and the B-shows the size of pelvic mass and serum β-HCG between the situation and observe the adverse reactions.Results A group of B-shows pelvic mass disappeared or became smaller in 43 cases,accounting for 95.6%,B-ineffective group showed no change or even increased pelvic mass were 17 cases,accounting for 100%,B super show pelvic mass3 cm for the 51 cases,effective in 41 cases,accounting for 80.3%,3 cm for the 11 cases,2 cases,accounting for 18.2%,according to the treatment before the B-shows pelvic mass3 cm were better than3 cm were effective blood group decreased β-HCG,ineffective group elevated serum β-HCG of 15 cases,accounting for 88.2%,blood β-HCG300 mIU/ml treatment is better than300 mIU/ml who were 6 cases of adverse reaction rate,the occurrence of was 9.7%.Conclusion Mifepristone is more effective treatment and adverse reactions are mild,it is an ideal drug for treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
