手术治疗小儿血管瘤的临床护理探讨

目的探讨小儿血管瘤手术治疗的临床护理经验。方法通过物理检查、B型超声波、血管造影等检查明确诊断98例小儿血管瘤患者,在距瘤体约3mm处的正常皮肤上作切口,切开后在紧靠瘤体的正常组织上仔细剥离,完整切下瘤体,电凝止血,修复创面。并进行术前、术后护理。结果直接缝合33例,游离全厚皮片移植37例,皮瓣转移28例。所有病例均疗效显著,病变完整去除,术中生命体征平稳,9例发生并发症,经处理均无后遗症。结论血管瘤手术治疗的重点和难点在于治疗的选择和手术指征的判断及特殊部位如面部的血管瘤的处理上,手术前后的护理也至关重要。

Clinical Nursing Discussion of Surgical Treatment of Pediatric Hemangioma

Objective discussion clinical nursing experience of surgical treatment of pediatric hemangiomas.Methods specifically diagnosed 98 cases of pediatric patients with hemangiomas by physical examination,B-ultrasound,angiography and other tests,then for incision in the normal skin about 3 mm away from the tumor。after incision,carefully dissected in normal tissue close to tumor and completely cut tumor,then carried out coagulation,wound repair and preoperative and postoperative care。Results 33 cases of direct suture,free 37 cases of full-thickness skin graft and 28 cases of skin flap。All cases had a significant effect,complete removal of lesions and intraoperative vital signs were stable。Complications occurred in 9 patients,but all had no sequela after treatment。Conclusion emphasis and difficulty of surgical treatment of hemangiomas lie in the choice of treatment and surgical indications of the judge and special parts such as facial hemangioma treatment,furthermore before and after surgery care are also essential。
