| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨复方丹参液对大鼠失血性休克合并凝血功能紊乱的影响.方法 将40只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组10只、休克组10只、复方丹参液组10只及肝素组10只四个组,对检测结果进行比较.结果 大鼠休克组与假手术组、复方丹参液组及肝素组的血浆SFMC水平相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大鼠休克组与假手术组、复方丹参液组及肝素组的ATⅢ相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).休克组、肝素组与复方丹参组、假手术组的血浆TM水平相差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 复方丹参液优势显著,主要表现在安全好、出血少、疗效快.
