运动干预对2型糖尿病患者的效果评估

目的：探讨运动疗法对2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂、体质指数的干预效果。方法：将我院内分泌门诊60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组：干预组为接受运动疗法组30例,对照组为未接受运动疗法组30例,两组均接受原有的药物治疗,每例患者均3个月后观察空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、体质指数（BMI）、血脂（TG、TC、HDL-c、LDL-c）的代谢控制情况。结果：通过3个月运动疗法后的30例干预组糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂、体质指数的代谢控制情况优于对照组的糖尿病患者,差异有显著意义。结论：2型糖尿病患者在饮食控制以及原有药物治疗的基础上辅以持续有效的运动疗法,病情控制更稳定。

The Evaluation of the Kinesitherapy Treatment for Type II Diabetics

Objective： To probe the kinesitherapy treatment effects on the blood glucose,the blood lipid and body mass index of the type Ⅱ diabetics approach in our hospital.Method： 60 type Ⅱ diabetic outpatients in the endocrine disease outpatient service were divided into 2 groups randomly,including 30 in the treatment group who received the kinesitherapy and the rest 30 in the control group who didn＇t receive the treatment.Both groups kept receiving the drug therapies.Each patient provided 3 groups of metabolic control indexes including the fasting blood-glucose（FBG）,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose（2hBG）,the glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）,the body mass index（BMI）,and the blood lipid（TG,TC,HDL-c,LDL-c）.Result： After 3-month kinesitherapy treatment,the metabolic control indexes including the fasting blood-glucose,the blood lipid,and the body mass index of the 30 patients in the treatment group excelled those in the control group,There＇s significant differences.Conclusion： For the type Ⅱ diabetic treatments,together with the diet control and the original drug therapies,the constant and effective kinesitherapy treatment greatly helps keeping the stability of the illness.
