| 摘 要： | 目的；为了探讨天地汤抗衰老的机制。方法：采用D—半乳糖致衰老小鼠灌胃天地汤的乙醇提取液30d，测定衰老小鼠脑的SOD活性和MDA含量。结果：天地汤的乙醇提取液能显著提高衰老小鼠脑SOD活性和MDA含量(P＜0．01)。结论：天地汤醇提液对衰老小鼠脑有抗氧化作用，可延缓小鼠脑衰老。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the machanism of antiaging of Tianditang. Method: D-galactose-induced mouse aging model was used. Given alcohol extract of Tianditang for 30 days,and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the level of MDA in brain were measured. Results: Compared with model group, the extract enhanced the activity of SOD ( P <0. 01) and decreased the content of MDA ( P <0. 01). Conclusion: The alcohol extract of Tianditang can raise antioxidation activity of mouse brain and delay aging. |
