非创伤性治疗技术充填乳牙2年效果观察

目的 观察分析非创伤治疗（ART）技术在乳牙龋充填的效果。方法 采用玻璃离子材料充填114颗乳磨牙，治疗后1年，2年复查，记录ART充填体和继发龋的情况。结果 1年后复查，成功率为83.16%，脱落率为5.95%，继发龋率为10.89%；2年成功率为70.83%，脱落率为12.50%，继发龋率为16.67%；93.6%的幼儿能接受ART治疗。结论 ART技术操作简单，大部份幼儿在接受治疗时无恐惧感。

Atraumatic Restorative Treatment Fillings in Decayed Primary Teeth: A 2-year StuDy

Objective To observe and analyse the effects of atraumatic restorative treatment in decayed primary teeth. Methods 47 children, 3-6 years old from one kindergarten in Kunming were selected. The baseline examination was done. 114 decayed teeth which were suitable for ART were filled with the glass ionomer. The follow-up were conducted in one year and two years after treatment. Results The 1-year and 2-year success rates were 83.16% and 70.83%, the secondary caries rates were 10.89% and 16.67%, the missing rates were 5.96% and 12.50% respectively. 93.6% of the children accepted the ART. Conclusion ART is easy to study. Majority of the children accept this treatment.
