摘    要:轮状病毒(rotavirns,RV)基因型研究是RV感染预防中的重要基础性工作.此文对发表自24个国家的56项针对RV基因型的研究结果进行了综述分析.1985-2008年共研究了18 684份A组人RV样本.对这些RV的G(VP7)基因型和P(VP4)基因型在全球及各洲的分布所进行的统计分析结果表明,除了最常见的几种基因型(如G1P[8]、G2P[4]、G3P[8]和G4P[8])外,以前不常见甚至未出现过的基因型也开始频繁出现,甚至有成为优势流行种群的趋势.这些分析结果对于今后RV疫苗研发及感染治疗具有重要指导意义.

Abstract:Investigation of VP7 and VP4 genotypes of rotavirus(RV)in human beings plays an important role in prevention and control of RV infection.A total of 18 684 samples of group A RV strains from 56 studies on RV genotypes in 24 countries during 1985 to 2008 were reviewed in this paper.The results showed that G1P[8],G2P[4],G3P[8]and G4P[8]were the most common genotypes.Recently,some unusual ones were frequently found and appeared to become dominant epidemic strains in the future.The data in this paper would be of importance in vaccine development and treatment of RV infection.
