人胰腺癌组织nm23基因表达

摘    要:探讨nm23基因表达与人胰腺癌临床生物不行之间的关系。方法;免疫组织化学与斑点杂 交法检测人胰腺癌组织nm23蛋白与nm23mRNA表达。结果;胰腺癌组织nm23蛋白及nm23mRNA表达较正常胰腺组织明显升高,而与慢性胰腺炎组织无明显差别;胰腺癌组织nm23mRNA表达与nm23蛋白表达呈正相关。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression of nm23 gene in tissues of human pancreatic adenocarcinoma and its clinicobiological behaviors. Methods: The expression of nm23 protein and nm23 mRNA was detected using the method of immunohistochemistry and dot blot. Results: The expression of both the protein and the mRNA of nm23 gene in pancreatic adenocarcinoma was higher than that of normal pancreas (P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively), and had no difference as compared with that of chronic pancreatitis. The expression of nm23 mRNA had correlation with that of nm23 protein (r= 0.95 , P<0.01).Conclusion:The results show that nm23 gene may have no function of tumor metastasis suppressor and that the high expression of nm23 mRNA is one of the important mechanisms by which the nm23 protein is overexpressed in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
