| 摘 要： | 目的探讨连续性护理干预对冠脉搭桥患者术后健康相关行为的影响。方法将100例老年冠状动脉搭桥手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理，观察组在此基础上实施连续性护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的术后健康相关行为。结果干预后，观察组在营养、运动、药物管理、并发症管理、吸烟等5个术后健康相关行为方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），但在压力应对方面两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论连续性护理干预可有效改善冠脉搭桥患者术后健康相关行为，促进患者康复。
