| 摘 要： | 分析23例结核性脑膜炎(结脑)31例次CT检查资料。将CT的改变归纳为:脑膜结核、脑内结核、脑积水、脑梗塞、脑萎缩五种。CT检查对早期无并发症的结脑无特殊价值;对病情复杂或治疗效果欠佳者,有助于了解结核性脑膜炎及其并发病变的部位、范围和性质,对预后的估计,治疗方案的调整有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Thirty one CT scans (CT) of 23 patients with tbc.meningitis were analysed. The CT findings were grouped as: meningeal tbc. ; intracerebral tbc.; hydr-ocephalus; cerebral infarction; and cerebral atrophy. No specific CT change was ound in the early, uncomplicated disease, but in the complicated or cases with poor repohse to chemotherapy, CT is useful in recognition of the nature, location, and intencity of the cerebromeningealpathy. Complications were clarified with some prognostic significance and modulation of the therapeutic program. |
