并发糖尿病的肺结核临床特点

目的　探讨并发糖尿病的肺结核患者的临床特点及防治对策。方法　回顾性调查了我院 1988～ 1998年收治的肺结核患者 10 6 3例 ,其中两病并发者 30例 ,运用u检验揭示并发糖尿病的肺结核患者与单纯肺结核患者的差别及合理的治疗方法。结果　并发糖尿病的肺结核患者的痰菌阳性率、治疗失败率及空洞率均显著高于单纯肺结核患者 (P <0 .0 1) ,其治疗原则为及早有效控制糖尿病 ,同时施以合理的抗结核治疗。结论　并发糖尿病的肺结核患者具有痰菌阳性率高 ,传染性强 ,治疗失败率高的特点 ,是肺结核的重要传染源 ,对其早期发现 ,合理治疗对结核病疫情控制有重要意义。

The clinical charcteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus

Objective To inguire the clinical charactoristics, preventive and therapeutic measures of the patients who have had pulmonary tuberculosis(PT)complicated with diabetes mellitus(DM). Method The admitted 1 063 PT cases from 1988 to 1998 in our hospital were investigated retrospectively, among them 30 cases had both PT and DM. To understand the differences between PT with DM patients and simple PT patients by using u test and its reasonable therapeutic method. Result The bacillary positive rate, defeated rate and rate of cavity are significant in PT with DM patients than the simple PT patients( P <0.01). The therapeutic principle is to controll DM effectively as early as possiple, in the meantime, to give reasonable anti TB treatment. Conclusion To compare with the simple TB patients, PT with DM patients are higher in bacillary positive rate, defeated rate and stronger in fection, they are the important sources of infection. It is significences to find early and give reason able treatments in the controll of the tuberculous epidemic situation.
