过碳酰胺消毒液杀菌性能及毒性观察

目的过碳酰胺消毒液主要杀菌成分为过氧化氢,在实验室观察其杀菌效果和毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验进行了杀菌效果和毒性评价。结果用含过氧化氢30g/L的过碳酰胺消毒液作用20min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值为5.70;含过氧化氢20g/L该消毒液作用20min,对大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值为7.53。用含过氧化氢为40g/L过碳酰胺消毒液作用80min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值为7.61。过碳酰胺消毒液对小白鼠急性经口毒性LD50为5840mg/kg(体重);含过氧化氢228g/L的过碳酰胺消毒液对健康白兔皮肤无刺激性;该消毒液对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞未发现微核作用。结论该过碳酰胺消毒液具有良好的消毒效果,小鼠急性口服毒性属实际无毒级,无致微核作用,对皮肤无刺激性。

OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL PROPERTIES AND TOXICITY OF PERCARBAMIDE DISINFECTION SOLUTION

Objective To observe in laboratory the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of percarbamide disinfection solution containing hydrogen peroxide as the main germicidal ingredient.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to evaluate the germicidal efficacy and toxicity.Results The killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to percarbamide disinfection solution containing hydrogen peroxide 30 g/L for 20 min was 5.70.The killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfection solution containing hydrogen peroxide 20 g/L for 20 min was 7.53 and that of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores in suspension exposed to the percarbamide disinfection solution containing hydrogen peroxide 40 g/L for 80 min was 7.61.The mouse oral toxicity LD50 of the percarbamide disinfection solution was 5840 mg/L(bw).The percarbamide disinfection solution containing hydrogen peroxide 228 g/L was not irritating to skin of healthy rabbit.The disinfection solution did not cause micronucleus formation in polychromatic erythrocytes of mouse bone marrow.Conclusions Percarbamide disinfection solution has good disinfection efficacy.Mouse acute oral toxicity test showed that it belongs to non-toxic class.It does not cause micronucleus formation and is not irritating to skin.
