Anthogyr种植义齿修复成效及影响因素分析

目的:通过对Anthogyr人工种植义齿临床修复病例的回顾,总结Anthogyr种植义齿经验,为临床改进技术,提高Anthogyr种植修复成效提供依据和方向。方法:对2005年6月-2009年6月871例Anthogyr种植修复病例,共计1 036颗种植义齿进行追踪回顾性研究。结果:失败21颗,失败率为2.03%。主要原因为种植体折断、松动、种植体周围炎。结论:Anthogyr种植修复效果显著,但仍有失败病例,影响因素可能为:种植体系和适应征选择不当、患者自身使用维护不妥、修复后期咬合过载等。

Repairing Effects of Anthogyr Implant Artifical Teeth and Influencing Factor Analysis

Objective To improve the repairing effects of Anthogyr implant system by analyzing the clinical cases retrospectively.Methods From June 2005 to June 2009,total 1 036 artifical teeth of 971 patients underwent Anthogyr implant were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 21 teeth were failure and the failure rate was 2.03%.The main failure reasons were fracture,loosening and surrounding inflammation of implant teeth body.Conclusion The repairing effect of Anthogyr implant system was remarkable,but there was still some failure cases mainly caused by the improper selection of planting system and indication,unsuitable usage and maintenance,occlusal overload post repairing.
