| 摘 要： | 目的 建立同时测定消炎片中绿原酸和咖啡酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250mmx4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相、梯度洗脱,检测波长为328nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量20μL,柱温35℃.结果 绿原酸和咖啡酸进样质量浓度分别在2.530-30.36μg/mL(r=0.9999,n=7)和1.351-16.22μg/mL(r=1.0000,n=7)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.68%(RSD=1.02%,n=6)和99.04%(RSD=0.97%,n=6).结论 所用方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,可用于消炎片的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in Xiaoyan Tablets. Methods Using a column packed with Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrilc-0.05% H3PO4 and the detection wavelength was 328 nm;the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the injection volume was 20μL, the column temperature was 35℃. Results The linear response of chlorogenic acid range from 2. 530-30. 36 μg/mL, r=0. 999 9（ n = 7）, and caffeic acid range from 1. 351 - 16. 22 μg/mL, r = 1. 000 0（n =7） ; The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.68% , RSD = 1.02% （n =6）,and Caffeic Acid was 99. 04%, RSD =0. 97%（n =6）. Conclusion The method was found to be convenient, quick and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyan Tablets. |
