氨曲南和头孢西丁钠治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效对比

目的 比较国产氨曲南和头孢西丁钠治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效、细菌清除率和安全性.方法 将80例下呼吸道感染患者随机 分成氨曲南治疗组(A组)和头孢西丁钠对照组(B组),每组40例,分别给予氨曲南1.0 g、头孢西丁钠2.0 g静脉滴注治疗.结果 A组、 B组的临床有效率分别为82.50％和80.00％,细菌清除率分别为90.00％和85.00％,两组差异无统计学意叉(P>0.05).结论 氨曲 南和头孢西丁钠治疗下呼吸道感染均安全可靠,临床可根据细菌学检查选择合适的抗菌药物.

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Cefoxitin Sodium and Aztreonam for Treating Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects, bacterial clearance rate and safety of cefoxitin sodium and aztreonam for the treatment of the patients with lower respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 80 cases of lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the study group （A） and the control group（B）, 40 cases in each group. The group A was treated by aztreonam 1.0 g and the group B by cefoxitin sodium 2.0 g. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, the bacterial clearance and adverse drug reac- tions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was 82.50% in the group A and 80. 00% in the group B. The bacterial clearance rate was 90. 00% in the group A and 85.00% in the group B, showing no statistical differences between 2 groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Aztreonam and cefoxitin sodium both are effective and safe for treating lower respiratory tract infection. Appropriate antibacterials should be selected according to the results of the bacterial examination.
