妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血76例

目的 观察妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效.方法 选择2008年至2010年医院收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者76例,根据患者病情使用不同剂量的妈富隆进行治疗,观察临床疗效和不良反应发生情况.结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后患者的血清内分泌指标中促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)和孕酮(P)水平明显降低(P<0.05),黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)水平无明显变化(P>0.05).治疗后控制出血时间平均为(14.21±2.15)h,而出血完全停止时间平均为(32.45±5.45)h,所有患者在服用妈富隆后48h均彻底止血,治疗有效率为100%.治疗过程中患者出现恶心3例,头晕4例,胃部不适2例,乳房疼痛3例,所有不良反应症状对症治疗后均消失.结论 妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广.

Marvelon for Treating Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in 76 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Marvelon in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Seventy- six patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were chosen. Different doses of Marvelon were used according to the patients＇ condition. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, folli- cle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and progesterone（P） levels were significantly reduced compared with before treatment, showing statisti- cal difference （P 〈0.05）. There were no significant changes in luteinizing hormone（LH） and estradiol（E2） without statistical difference （P 〉 0. 05）. The average control bleeding time was （14. 21＋ 2. 15）h after treatment, while the average complete stopping bleeding time was （32.45 ＋5.45）h. All patients had complete hemostasis within 48h after taking Marvelon, with the effective rate of 100%.During treatment process, there were 3 cases of nausea, 4 cases of dizziness, 2 cases of stomach discomfort and 3 cases of breast pain. All adverse symptoms were disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The efficacy of Marvelon for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant with less adverse reactions, which can be worthy of being popularized in clinic clinical practice.
