大黄对老年胃溃疡患者血清一氧化氮的影响

目的 观察大黄联合奥美拉唑对老年胃溃疡患者血清一氧化氮的影响和临床疗效.方法 将100例老年胃溃疡患者随机均分威两组,对照组用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、甲硝唑治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法基础上加大黄水煎剂治疗.并选择50例老年健康体检者作为正常组.结果 与正常组比较,治疗前两组患者一氧化氮水平均明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后一氧化氮水平治疗组为(66.72±9.78)μmol/L,对照组为(60.03±7.83)μmol/L,治疗组明显较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 大黄与奥美拉唑联合治疗老年胃溃疡有较好的疗效,作用机制之一可能与其能促进患者体内一氧化氮释放有关.

Effect of Rhubarb on Serum NO in Aged Patients with Gastric Ulcer

Objective To investigate the influence of rhubarb combined omeprazole on plasma NO level and the therapeutic effect in the aged patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 100 aged patients with gastric ulcer were divided into two groups randomly and evenly. The control group was treated with omeprazole, clarithromycin and metronidazole, while the treatment group was added by rhubarb on the base of control group treatment. And other 50 healthy aged people of physical examination were selected as the normal group. Results Before treatment,the NO level in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with the healthy subjects （P 〈0.01）. After treatment,the NO level was （66.72±9.78） μmol/L in the treatment group and （60.03±7.83） μmol/L in the control group, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Rhubarb combined omeprazole has better effect on aged patients with gastric ulcer. One of the mechanisms may be related with NO release in vivo.
