米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症78例

目的 观察米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及安全性分析.方法 选择2010年医院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者78例,于月经第5天开始服用25 mg米非司酮片,每天服用1/2片,连续服用10 d后改为服用1/4片,连续服用3个月后改为服用1/6片,不间断服用6个月后观察临床疗效、激素水平变化及不良反应情况.结果 服药6个月后,治疗总有效率为85.90%;治疗后黄体生成素和血孕酮与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.05),其他激素水平治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05);服药期间不良反应较轻,且对症治疗后症状消失.结论 米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症有较好的疗效,且副作用少,值得临床推广.

Mifepristone in Treating 78 Cases of Endometriosis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Mifepristone Tablets in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods The selected 78 cases of endometriosis in our hospital in 2010, firstly took Mifepristone Tablets 25 mg on 5 d in the menstrual period, 1/2 tablet daily for successive 10 d, then changed to take 1/4 tablet for successive 3 months, finally changed to take 1/6 tablet. After uninterruptable 6-months medication, the clinical efficacy, changes in hormone levels and adverse reactions were observed. Results After 6-months medication, the total effective rate was 86%. The luteinizing hormone and progesterone were significantly different from before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Other hormone levels had no significant change before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. During medication period, the adverse reactions were mild and disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Mifepristone has good ef- fect in the treatment of endometriosis and few side effects, which is worthy of being clinically popularized.
