摘    要:目的 建立测定板蓝根颗粒中表告依春含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(15:85),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为245 nm,柱温为30℃.结果 表告依春进样量在0.010~0.516 μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.16%,RSD为0.86%(n=6).结论 该方法简便快速、结果准确,可以有效控制药品质量.

Abstract:Objective Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determinatione of epigoitrin in Banlangen Granules. Methods The HPLC method was used with the Kromasil C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)and the mobile phase of methanol - water(15:85).The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 245 nm. Column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear of epigoitrin was 0. 010-0. 516 μg(r =0. 999 9), and the average recovery was 99. 16% with the RSD was 0. 86% (n =6). Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid, and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the drug.
