| 摘 要： | 目的 建立测定止痢颗粒中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.5),流速为1.0 mL/min,测定波长为278 nm.结果 黄芩苷进样量线性范围为0.10～0.5μg,r=0.999 4,平均加样回收率为99.53%,RSD为0.57%(n=6).结论 该法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for determining the content of baicalin in Zhili Granules by HPLC. Methods The Suntek Cls column with mathanol-water-phosophoric Acid （47：53：0.5） as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detective wavelength was 278 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0. 10-0.51 ~xg for the baicalin （r-- 0. 999 4）. The average recovery was 99.53% and the RSD was 0. 57% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple,and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation. |
