TEC与CEF化学治疗方案对术后乳腺癌的疗效对比

目的 对比观察临床应用TEC方案与CEF方案治疗乳腺癌的疗效.方法 选取2003年4月至2010年6月确诊为乳腺癌的患者380例,分为TEC组(n=85)与CEF组(n=295),评价两组疗效并观察毒性反应.结果 TEC组总有效率为87.06%,CEF组总有效率为53.90%(P<0.05);TEC组中性粒细胞减少发生率为91.86%,显著高于CEF组的76.61%(P<0.05).两组患者主要不良反应为恶心呕吐、脱发、贫血、中性粒细胞减少、心脏毒性和肝功能异常,程度均较轻,均能耐受.结论 TEC方案的疗效更显著,可作为乳腺癌的常规新辅助化学治疗方案.

Comparative Observation of TEC and CEF Regimens in Treatment of Postoperative Breast Cancer

Objective To comparatively observe the curative effects of docetaxel, epirubicin and cyclophosphamide（TEC） regimen and cyclophosphamide, epirubiein and fluorouracil（CEF） regimen in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods Three hundred and eighty patients with breast cancer in our hospital from April 2003 to June 2010 were divided into two groups, the TEC group（n=85） and the CEF group（n=295）, and treated by TEC and CEF regimens respectively. The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 87.06% in the TEC group and 53.90% in the CEF group with statistical difference between them （P〈 0.05）. The occurrence rate of neutropenia was 91.86% in the TEC group and significantly higher than 76.61% in the CEF group, showing statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The nmjor adverse reactions of two groups were nausea, vomiting, hair loss, anemia, neutropenia, cardiac toxicity and abnormal liver function. Conclusion The adverse reactions of two regimens are mild and tolerable. The TEC regimen has better effects, which can be used as the routine drugs of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
