1例脑膜炎隐球菌患者的药学监护

目的 探讨临床药学监护方法,促进药物合理应用.方法 依据隐球菌性脑膜炎治疗指南,对选用的药物、剂量、服药方法、制订个体化给药方案等实行药学全程监护,并进行疗效评价.结果 临床药师深入临床,针对临床脑膜炎隐球菌感染的控制,发挥自身药学专长,进行药学监护,收到了预期效果.结论 临床药师对患脑膜炎隐球菌患者实行全程药学,有效地减少了药物的滥用,对合理、安全地使用药物起到了良好作用.

Implementation of Pharmaceutical Care in 1 Case of Cryptococcal Meningitis

Objective To explore the clinical pharmacy guardianship methods to promote reasonable drug use. Methods According to cryptococcal meningitis treatment guidelines, the whole course pharmacy guardianship was performed on the selection of drugs, dose, administration method and setting individualized administration regimen and the clinical efficacy evaluation was carried out. Results Clinical pharmacists went deep into clinic and aiming at controlling infection of cryptococcal meningitis played own pharmaceutical specialty to perform the pharmacy guardianship. The expected effect was achieved. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists implementing the whole course pharmacy guardianship on the patients with cryptococcal meningitis effectively reduces the drug abuse and plays better role in rational and safe medication.
