血必净联合血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒35例

目的 研究血必净联合血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒的疗效及安全性分析.方法 选择2005年1月至2010年12月浙江省台州市中心医院收治的70例急性百草枯中毒患者,随机分为2组,试验组和对照组,每组35例.对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用血液灌流,试验组在对照组的基础上联合血必净治疗,观察比较两组患者的血肌酐水平和酶学指标变化以及治疗的疗效及安全性.结果 治疗后两组患者血肌酐水平和酶学指标均有明显下降,试验组显著低于对照组;对照组的治愈率和病死率分别为62.86%和37.14%,试验组的治愈率和病死率分别为82.86%和17.14%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血必净联合血液灌流在早期应用可保护百草枯对重要脏器功能的损害,降低急性百草枯中毒的病死率.血必净联合血液灌流对急性百草枯中毒有较好的疗效,可在临床上推广使用.

Xuebijing Combined Hemoperfusion in Treating 35 Cases of Acute Paraquat Poisoning

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Xuebijing combined hemopeffusion in the treatment of acute paraquat poison- ing. Methods 70 cases of acute paraquat poisoning in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2010 were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. The control group used hemoperfusion based on the conventional treatment. The experimental group used Xuebijing based on the control treatment. The serum creatinine level and enzymatic indicators were observed,and the effi- cacy and safety were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the serum creatinine levels and enzymatic indicators were significantly reduced in the two groups, but the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. The cure rate and mortality were 62.86% and 37. 14% in the control group,and 82.86% and 17. 14% in the experimental group respectively,which showing statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The early application of Xuebijing combined hemoperfusion can protect important organs from damage caused by paraquat, reduce the mortality of acute paraquat poisoning. Xuebijing combined hemoperfusion has better effect on the treatments of acute paraquat poisoning and can be used in clinical practice.
