数字化钼钯成像检查对乳腺肿瘤良恶性诊断的价值

目的 探讨各种乳腺肿瘤在数字化钼钯摄影中的不同征象,评价数字化钼钯检查在乳腺肿瘤良恶性判定方面的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的120例乳腺肿瘤的影像学征象特点,其中良性肿瘤58例,恶性肿瘤62例.结果 良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤数字化钼钯成像诊断的敏感率分别为85.2%和88.4%,特异度分别为64.8%和75.4%,准确度分别为83.7%和81.3%.结论 数字化钼钯检查是诊断乳腺肿瘤的有效途径之一,对于乳腺肿瘤良恶性的鉴别有重要的临床价值.

Value of CR Mammography Diagnosis of Breast Tumors

Objective To explore the imaging features of various breast tumors by computed radiological（CR） molybdenum palladium mammography and to evaluate its value in differential diagnosis between benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods The CR mam-mography features in 120 patients with breast tumors confirmed surgically and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively, including 58 cases of benign tumors and 62 cases of malignant tumors. Results The sensitivity, specificity and specificity of CR mammography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors were 85.2%, 88.4% and 64.8% and 75.4%, 83.7% and 81.3% respectively. Conclusion CR mammography is one of effective pathways to diagnose breast tumors, which has important value in differential diagno- sis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
