玉屏风散合苍耳子散加减治疗变应性鼻炎85例

目的 探讨玉屏风散合苍耳子散加减治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法 选择在医院就诊的85例变应性鼻炎患者,根据病情采用玉屏风散合苍耳子散加减治疗.结果 治疗后患者的症状、体征得到明显改善,显效38例,有效42例,无效5例,总有效率为94.12％.结论 玉屏风散舍苍耳子散加减治疗变应性鼻炎疗效好,不良反应小,可在临床推广.

Efficacy of Yupingfeng Powder and Xanthium Powder by Plus-Minus Modification on Treating 85 Cases of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To study the effects of Yupingfeng Powder and Xanthium Powder by plus- minus modification for treating aller- gic rhinitis. Methods 85 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were chosen and treated with Yupingfeng Powder and Xanthium Powder by plus- minus modification and the effects after treatment were observed. Results The symptoms and signs were significantly improved after treatment. 38 cases were markedly effective,42 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 94. 12%. Conclusion Yupingfeng Powder and Xanthium Powder by plus- minus modification has better effects on the treatment of allergic rhinitis and the adverse reactions are mild,which can be used in clinical practice.
