超临界CO2萃取野西瓜精油的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的分析野西瓜精油的化学成分。方法采用超临界CO2技术提取野西瓜中的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱法对野西瓜挥发油进行化学成分的分析。结果从野西瓜精油中鉴定出18种化合物。结论最佳萃取条件:萃取压力30mPa、温度55℃、萃取时间2h,野西瓜挥发油的得率为10%。

Abstract:Aim To analyze chemical components of the oil of capparis spinosa.Methods The oil of capparis spinosa was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction technology,and its chemical components was analyzed using GC/MS method.Results Eighteen chemcal components were identified.Conclusion the best extraction condition requives an the extraction pressure of 30mPa,a extraction temperature of 55℃ and an extraction time of 2h.The yield of volatile oil of capparis spinosa is 10%.
