| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨ApoB基因多态性与中青年人动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死 (ACI)的相关关系。 方法 用PCR技术检测了健康中青年人 10 0名和中青年ACI病人 36例的ApoB基因多态性及血脂、脂蛋白和载脂蛋白的含量。结果 ApoB基因XbaⅠX X-基因型频率ACI为 14 .7% ,高于对照组的 4 .7% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;ACI组TG、TC、Lp(a)含量明显高于对照组 ,HDL -C含量显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;ACI病人中X X-组的ApoAⅠ明显低于X-X-组 (P <0 .0 2 5 )。结论 ApoBXbaⅠ基因X 等位基因可能与中青年人ACI发病有一定关系 |
