内皮抑素与肺发育关系的研究进展

微血管和肺泡的发育在肺发育过程中起着重要作用,而微血管的发育受生长调节因子血管内皮生长因子和内皮抑素的调节。内皮抑素是一种内源性的血管生成抑制因子,抑制新生血管的生成,影响肺发育的成熟,与某些肺疾病的发生密切相关。现就内皮抑素的作用机制,对肺发育及肺疾病的影响及其临床应用前景予以综述。

Endostatin in the Development of Lungs

The development of the alveolus and capillary plays an important role in lung development.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endostatin(ES),and two growth regulatory factors affect the development of the capillary.Endostatin,as an andogenoua angiogenesis inhibitive factor,can inhibit angiogenesis,affect the maturity of the lung and be related to some pulmonary disease.Here,the mechanism and influence of the endostatin on the development of the lung and pumonary disease were reviewed as well as the clinical application in the future.
