| 摘 要： | 本文应用聚合酶链反应技术，快速检测淋病奈瑟菌，对高度疑似淋病的７２例检测中，４９例为阳性结果，同时作涂片配对检测，仅２７例为阳性结果（Ｐ〈０．００５）；其中，４２例用ＰＣＲ法和培养法配对检查，ＰＣＲ法阳性为２８例，培养法阳性为１２例（Ｐ〈０．００５）。１０９株淋球菌药敏试验结果表明，耐青霉素类药物菌株仅为２６．６％，仍不失为治疗淋病的首选药物。

| Abstract: | In this article,rapid detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae was evaiuated by compared with smear examina-tion and cultivation, Among 72 cases strongly suspected of having N. gonorrhoeae,49 cases were positive in PCR,and only 27 cases were positive in smear examination,Among 42 cases examined 28 cases were positive in PCR and12 positive by cultivation. The susceptibility test of 109 strains of N. gonorrhoeae reverled that only 26.6% were re-sistant to penicillins.So penicillins is still the drug of choice in treatment of gonorrhoeae. |
