局限性脑皮层挫裂伤后海马CA-1区的神经元形态学损害

摘    要:作者通过大鼠右顶叶局限性脑挫裂伤模型,采用光镜下特定区域坏死神经元计数的定量研究方法,观察脑皮层损伤后海马CA-1区神经元的损害反应,结果表明,伤后6h伤侧海马CA-1区坏死神经元占36.70%,伤后24h则高达77.65%,其后未见进展.海马神经元的这一特征性损害反应可能是脑损伤后记忆和学习能力减退的病理学基础.

Abstract:The present study was designed to investigate the widespread brain injury in response to focal trau-ma.Neuronal damage in the cortex and the hippocampus (CA-1)was assessed quantitatively through a cere-bral contusion model using rats. The neuronal death in hippocampus was 36.70%6 h after injury and in-creased to 77.65%24h following trauma;however,no additional damage was observed 72 and 168 h aftertrauma.The results suggest that the characteristic injury in hippocampus(CA-1 )may be an important factorin intellectual dysfunction and memory disturbance following brain trauma.
