氯氧发生器处理医院污水的微生物学评价

摘    要:目的评价医院氯氧发生器处理医院污水的效果。方法 :进行污水处理前后细菌总数、大肠菌群数、HB sAg的测定以及繁殖体、芽胞、真菌的现场消毒杀菌试验。结果 :处理前后的细菌总数、大肠菌群数显著性减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,HBsAg的阳性率分别为 6 6 .6 7%、16 .6 7% (P >0 .0 5 )。现场消毒杀菌试验中除芽胞杀菌率低于 90 % ,其余均为 99%以上。结论 :医院污水处理符合标准要求。表明氯氧发生器的杀菌力较强。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of chlorine and ozone on the disposing of hospital sewage. Method:The total number of bacteria,coli-group and hepatitis B surface antigen were measured and sterilization tests were done.Results: The total number of bacteria and Coliform group decreased dramatically after disposal ( P <0.05),and the postitive rate of the HBsAg was 66.67% before treatment,but it was only 16.67% after the disposal ( P >0.05).The rates of killing bacteria,except spores,were above 99%.Conclusions:Hospital sewage disposing is up to the standard.The chloride and ozone have good effect on sterilization.
