化瘤汤加局部外敷治疗甲状腺良性结节43例疗效观察

目的:观察化瘤汤内服加局部外敷相结合治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床疗效。方法:选择甲状腺良性结节患者73例,随机分为2组。治疗组(43例)内服中药化瘤汤(由青皮、海藻、山慈菇、浙贝母、三棱、莪术、煅牡蛎、白花蛇舌草等组成)为主,加局部外敷化瘤膏(由冰片、法半夏、煅牡蛎、莪术等组成);对照组(30例)内服甲状腺素片。2组均连续用药3月,观察2组证候疗效及治疗前后的相关指标。结果:治疗组临床治愈20例,显效8例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率88.4％;对照组临床治愈5例,显效4例,有效9例,无效12例,总有效率60.0％。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。B超显示治疗组治疗后肿块明显缩小,与对照组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:化瘤汤内服加局部外敷相结合治疗甲状腺良性结节的疗效较好。

Treatment of Thyroid Benign Nodule by Hualiu Tang and Local External Appication:A Clinical Observation of 43 Cases

Objective: To obsrve the curative effect of Hualiu Tang (HT) associated with local external application (LEA) for thyroid benign nodule (TBN). Methods: 73 cases of TBN were allocated to 2 groups randomly. Treatment group (43 cases) was treated by oral use of HT( composed of Pericarpium Citri Reticulalatae Viride, Sragassum, Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones, Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Rhizoma Sparganii, Rhizoma Curcumae, Concha Ostreae Usta and Herba Hedyotis Diffusae) and associated with LEA of Hualiu Gao (composed of Borneolum, Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata, Concha Ostrea Usta and Rhizoma Curcumae); control group(30 cases) by thyroxine tablet. The drugs were given for 3 months continuously in booth groups, the indexed on curative effect in both groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: In treatment group, 20 cases were cured, 8 cases markedly effective, 10 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 88. 4% , and 5, 4, 9, 12 and 60. 0% respectively in control group ( P < 0. 01) . The B - ultrasonoscope showed that the mass was markedly reduced in treatment group, in comparison with control group showed very markedly significant differencte (P < 0.01). Conclusion: HT associated with LEA possess a good curative effect for TBN.
