| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾移植术后免疫抑制剂替换应用的经验。方法:观察23例肾移植术后肾功能减退患者由环孢素A联合硫唑嘌呤转换为他克莫司联合吗替麦考酚酯方案治疗后,移植肾功能的变化及其不良反应。结果:替换前患者血肌酐水平167～478μmol·mL-1,平均(268±78)μmol·mL-1,替换后血肌酐水平112～346μmol·mL-1,平均(174±65)μmol·mL-1,配对t检验,P<0·001,差异有统计学意义。结论:他克莫司联合吗替麦考酚酯方案用于肾移植术后慢性肾功减退患者安全、有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To discuss our experience of switching use of immunosuppressive agents for patients after renal transplantation. METHODS： 23 patients with chronic allograft dysfunction （CAD） were treated with tacrolimus ＋ mycophenolate mofetil instead of cyclosporine A ＋ azathioprine. The change of renal function and the adverse effects were observed. RESULTS： The serum creatinine （Scr） level before and after therapy conversion were 167-478 μmol·mL^-1 with a mean value of （268μ78） μmol·mL^-1 and 112-346 μmol·mL^-1 with a mean value of （174±65） μmol·mL^-1, respectively, showing significant difference in the t test （P 〈 0. 001）. CONCLUSION： Tacrolimus ＋ mycophenolate mofetil protocol is safe and effective for patients with chronic allograft dysfunction. |
