肺炎支原体感染并发过敏性紫癜21例临床分析

目的:探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染并发过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床特征、治疗及转归.方法:对21例诊断为MP感染并发HSP的患儿进行回顾性临床分析.结果:21例患儿均有皮疹,关节症状10例,胃肠道症状9例,肾脏症状11例,以皮肤外症状为首发表现者8例.发热14例,咽峡炎9例,肺部病变6例.未经抗MP感染治疗前7例迁延、反复发作,治疗后,随访2年,痊愈5例,2例未愈者1例表现为紫癜性肾炎肾病综合征型,1例表现为紫癜性肾炎慢性肾炎型.结论:MP感染可并发HSP,其临床特征是多伴发热,上、下呼吸道感染,病情易迁延、反复,以皮肤外症状为首发表现者常见.给予及时、足疗程的抗MP感染治疗对促进病情恢复,预防复发尤为重要.

A Study on Henoch-Schonlein Purpura due to Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective: To study the clinical features and rogress of Henoch-Schoenlein purpura(HSP) due to mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Method: 21 children diagnosed as HSP due to mycoplasma pneumonia were analyzed.Result: All the patients had rash.10 had arthrosis,9 gastrointestinal symptom,11 renal symptom.Purpura wasn't found at first in 8 children.14 had fever,9 angina,6 lung change on X-ray examination.7 had recurrence before anti-MP therapy.5 patients recovered completely due to anti-MP therapy and HSP was exacerbated to renal disease in 2 children.Conclusion: Mycoplasma pneumonia can lead to HSP.The main clinical features were fever,upper and lower respiratory infections.The disease had recurrence easily and purpura not been found at first was common.It is important that anti-MP therapy is full period of treatment and in time for curing the disease and guarding against recurrence.
