北川地震灾区皮肤病发病情况分析

目的对北川县擂鼓镇地震灾区门诊患者及巡诊人员中皮肤病发病进行调查分析,探讨地震后当地灾民、外地救援人员皮肤病发病特点。方法在灾区设立门诊,并进行巡诊。结果当地灾民、外地救援人员由于灾后精神、心理、饮食、住宿、卫生条件、疲劳、气候、地理环境等因素影响,变态反应性、病毒性、真菌感染性、细菌感染性、神经精神障碍性、蚊虫叮咬等皮肤病发病明显上升。结论地震后的中后期医疗救援应设有皮肤病专科医生;皮肤病治疗药品应以灾区皮肤病发病的疾病谱进行合理配置;地震后应做好有针对性皮肤病预防工作。

Investigation of Skin Diseases in the Earthquake Disaster Area of Beichuan Country

Objective To investigate the incidence of skin diseases in the earthquake disaster area of Beichuan country,to study the character of skin diseases in the local disaster people and nonlocal rescuer.Methods Outpatient department was established to see patients and doctors made their mobile medical service at the earthquake disaster area.Results The incidences of the skin diseases resulted from allergy,viral infection,mycosis,bacterial infection,neuropsychic factors and mosquito bite obviously rose in the earthquake disaster area.Conclusion During the middle and latter period medical team should include the dermatologic doctor after the earthquake.The medicines to treat the patients for skin diseases should suit to the skin diseases occurring in the earthquake disaster area.The prevention of the skin diseases in the earthquake disaster area should well be done early.
