温州口岸外环境水体中致病性弧菌的监测

摘    要:〔目的〕了解温州口岸外环境水体中致病性弧菌的分布情况,为预测霍乱疫情以及制定防治策略和措施提供科学依据。〔方法〕收集口岸内有代表性的外环境水样(包括淡水、沿海水域、下水道排放口和集中式供水网点),进行弧菌科的分离鉴定,并对调查资料进行统计分析。〔结果〕(1)96份样品中55份检出了弧菌科,总检出率为57.3%。检出弧菌共分2属7种85株,其中弧菌属68株(80%);气单胞菌属17株(20%);优势菌为溶藻弧菌、河流弧菌和创伤弧菌。(2)4类外环境水样中弧菌检出率由高到低顺序为:淡水、海域水、下水道排放口、集中式供水网点,其中集中式供水网点无致病性弧菌检出。淡水、海域水、下水道排放口3类水的检出率和构成比之间差异无显著性(P检出率=0.37,P构成比=0.99);(3)6个月中,共检出2株非O1、非O139群霍乱弧菌。〔结论〕在温州口岸外环境水体中未检出所监测的O1群O139群霍乱弧菌,但检出了非O1/非O139群霍乱弧菌。

Abstract:Objective To provide evident basis for making precautionary and strategies of the infectious diseases control,and to investigate the distribution of pathogenic vibrio in different kinds of ex-environmental water at Wenzhou port. Methods Water specimens were collected from four types of ex-environmental water: freshwater,seawater,draining water and centralized,water supplying spot.Vibrio in each water sample was isolated and identified. Results (1)In 96 samples,55 samples were tested out vibriocin,the detection rate was 57.3%.Among 85 strains vibrionaceae, there were 2 genera and 7 species,Vibrio and Aeromonas were 68 strains (80%) and 17 strains (20%) respectively. And vibrio alginolyticus, vibrio fluvialis and vibrio vulnificus were dominating vibrio.(2)The detection rate of Vibrio from samples was freshwater,seawater,draining water and centralized water supplying spot.There was no signification between freshwater,seawater and draining water (The detected rate was 0.37,while the proportion was 0.99).No pathogenic vibrio was isolated from centralized water supplying spot.(3)Two strains of Vibrio cholerae of non-O1/non-O139 were isolated during 6 months. Conclusion Vibrio cholerae of O1 strains and O139 strains are not isolated from external environmental water at Wenzhou port, but Vibrio cholerae of non-O1/non-O139 strains are isolated.
