重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的早期护理观察

目的：探讨有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭早期抢救的依据。方法：对60例有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者（呼衰组）的临床表现与确诊有机磷农药中毒未合并呼吸衰竭122例患者（非呼衰组）的临床表现及血气分析进行对比观察。结果：呼衰组在发展成为呼吸衰竭或呼吸骤停前均先后出现一个或多个相同的特异性临床表现，而非呼衰组无上述特异性临床表现，两者比较差异有高度显著性（P＜0.01）。结论：有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭的前期临床表现具有特异性，且特异性临床症状越多，病情发展为呼吸衰竭越快，因此，可以将其作为呼吸衰竭早期诊断和抢救的临床依据。

Early nursing on respiratory failure resulted from severe intoxication of organic farm chemical

Objective:To observe the early manifestation of respiratory failure resulted from intoxication of organ farm chemical so as to analyze wether the manifestation can be served as the rescue evidence for respiratory failure.Methods:182 patients with intoxication of organic farm chemical were observed.60 cases who complicated with respiratory failure were served as failure group.The other 122 cases without respiratory failure were served as non-failure group.The manifestation and blood gas data were recorded and compared.Results: One or more special manifestations were found before the occur of respiratory failure or respiration stop in failure group.No such special manifestations were found in non-failure group.The significant difference was found between the two groups(P<(0.01).)Conclusion:The early manifegtations of respiratory failure resulted from intoxication of organic farm chemical present the definite features.The more manifestations predict the worse development of respiratory failure.So the manifestation may be served as the clinical evidence for early diagnosis and emergency rescue of respiratory failure.
