| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对进展期胃癌的诊断价值。方法对经病理活检证实的37例胃癌患者术前行超声检查并与手术病理对照。结果 37例进展期胃癌中B超诊断符合36例,准确率为97.3%（36/37）。结论超声检查对胃癌诊断有一定的价值,可以与胃镜检查和X线钡餐检查优势互补。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of B-ultrasonography in diagnosis of advanced gastric cancers. Methods 37 cases with advanced gastric cancer were underwent B-ultrasonography before operation. The results were strictly compared with surgical-pathology. Results 36 cases were diagnosed correctly with the pathology by B-ultrasonography among 37 cases. The accuracy was 97. 3% （ 36 /37） . Conclusion The ultrason- ic examination is valuable in diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer. The ultrasonic examination,gastroscopy and X-ray contrast can help with each other. |
