建德市农民读本使用效果评价及卫生知识需求探讨

为了解健康教育读本的发放入户率、农民使用读本后卫生知识的知晓率以及健康教育知识需求与开展的途径，采用问卷调查方式收集建德市341份农民问卷。调查结果显示．健康教育读本入户率为67．16％，阅读率为89．52％。不同健康知识内容的知晓率不同．个人健康行为和家庭健康行为形成率也有差异。调查中有近70％的农民希望获得卫生知识。研究提示读本入户率较低．主要与发放途径、单位重视情况不对称有关；读本使用情况不理想，可能与百姓的素质较低，阅读水平差有关．农民健康教育读本编写应注重实用、简单、图文并茂。

Effectiveness Evaluation of Reading-book and Demand for Health Knowledge of Rural Residents in Jiande City

To understand the rate of putting out the health education reading-book, health knowledge knowing-rate after using reading-book, demand of knowledge for health education and the approach of developing health education, 341 rural residents were surveyed through questionnaire. The result shows that the rate of accepting reading-book was 67.16%, the rate of reading was 89.52%. The knowing rate of different health knowledge was different, and the forming rate of personal health behavior and household health behavior was different as well. 70% rural residents hope to acquire much health knowledge. This survey implies that the lower rate of accepting reading-book was related to the approach of putting out reading-book and not much attention to be paid, the lower rate of using reading-book maybe be concerned with the low education and bad reading ability. The health reading-book for rural residents should be attached importance to utility, simpleness, and the word connected with picture.
