| 摘 要： | 应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)结合 Southern Blot,DNA 探针杂交技术检测21例慢性肝炎患者血清和周围淋巴细胞中的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的 DNA,10例 HBeAg 阳性患者与6例抗 HBe 阳性患者的血清和(或)周围淋巴细胞中查到 HBV DNA。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of the detection of HBV DNA in sera and in peripheral lymphocytes from 21 patients with chronic hepatitis by means of polymerase chain reaction(PCR),as well as by Southern Blot and DNA hybridization.It also analysed the results in terms of clinical significance and state of HBV replication. |
