上海市崇明县1991至2005年5岁以下儿童意外死亡分析

目的了解崇明县5岁以下儿童意外死亡的现状与特点,探讨预防措施。方法对崇明县1991至2005年5岁以下儿童意外死亡资料进行统计分析。结果15年间5岁以下儿童意外病死率呈下降趋势,是5岁以下儿童死亡的第二位死因,并且是1~4岁儿童死亡的第一位死因;意外窒息为婴儿组的主要死因,溺水、交通事故为1~4岁组主要死因;0岁组儿童意外死亡无性别差异,1~4岁组男童意外病死率高于女童;儿童意外死亡多发于春夏季节,多发于周末;儿童的意外死亡地点多死于在家中或赴院途中,只有25.34%得到救治。结论意外死亡上升为危害儿童健康的主要卫生问题。重视儿童意外死亡,加大宣传力度提高防范意识,最大限度地降低5岁以下儿童意外病死率。

Results The accidental death rate in children under 5 years old decreased in fifteen years, The accidental death of children under the age of five children is the second cause of death and the death of children aged 1-4 is the first cause of death; The main causes of infants accidental death was accidental asphyxia, and drowning and traffic accidental were the main cause for 1-4 years old children＇s accidental death; the accidental death rate has no gender differences in 0-year-old group, but in 1-4-year-old group the boy is higher than the girl; children＇s accidental death-prone season in the spring and summer, more than made over the weekend; the accidental death of the children died of multiple locations at home or go to hospital On the way, only 25.34% received treatment. Conclusion Up to the accidental death of a healthy child against several major health problems. Attention to the accidental death of children, and step up publicity to raise awareness of prevention, minimizing children under five mortality rate of accidents.
