| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颧弓颧骨骨折治疗的方法。方法:通过对120例颧弓颧骨骨折患者按Knight等的分类法分成6类,根据不同的分类采用不同的治疗方法。结果:120例患者中Ⅰ类31例为颧骨颧弓线性骨折,无明显移位,无畸形,也无张口受限,采取保守治疗,其余89例患者根据余下骨折类型的不同采取了不同的治疗方法,都获得了满意的疗效,无面部畸形,无张口受限。结论:颧弓颧骨骨折主要根据骨折的类型以及面部畸形情况、张口受限情况来决定复位的方法。
