硫酸吗啡控释片直肠给药治疗中晚期癌性疼痛临床疗效观察

目的:评价中晚期癌性疼痛患者应用硫酸吗啡控释片直肠给药的治疗效果和安全性。方法:100例患者随机分为试验组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),试验组先直肠给予硫酸吗啡控释片30mg,12h1次,连用14d,再口服30mg,12h1次,连用14d;对照组先口服给予硫酸吗啡控释片30mg,12h1次,连用14d,再直肠给予30mg,12h1次,连用14d。结果:试验组与对照组组间、组内疼痛缓解率、生活质量改善情况、不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但直肠给药的镇痛起效时间快于口服给药(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸吗啡控释片直肠给药临床效果确切,不良反应少于口服给药,适用于不能口服或口服不良反应较多的患者。

Clinical Observation of Rectal Administration of Morphine Sulfate Controlled-release Tablets for Terminal Cancerous Pain

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Morphine Sulfate Controlled- release tablets （rectal administration） for patients with terminal cancerous pain. METHODS： 100 patients with terminal cancerous pain were randomly divided into 2 groups： Experiment group （ n = 50） received rectal Morphine Sulfate Controlled - release tablets 30mg bid for 14 days followed by oral administration of Controlled - release tablets 30mg bid for 14 days; the control group （n = 50） received oral Morphine Sulfate Controlled - release tablets 30mg bid for 14 days followed by rectal administration of Morphine Sulfate Controlled- release tablets 30mg bid for 14 days. RESULTS： There were no significant differences between the two groups in pain-relief, life quality and adverse drug reactions （P 〉 0.05）, but the rectal administration showed a quicker response in pain- relieving than the oral administration of Morphine Sulfate Controlled- release tablets （P 〈 0.05） . CONCLU- SION： The effect of Morphine Sulfate Controlled- release tablets by rectal administration showed proved efficacy and less adverse drug reactions than it oral counterpart, thus it is suitable for orally contraindicated patients or those with high incidence of adverse reactions induced by oral administration.
